1. Single License Agreement

This license agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded and enters into effect from the time of online purchase through the online shop between Cello del Marketing (“Licensor”) and the licensee (“Customer”). Scope of License

The Licensor grants the Customer a non-exclusive license to use the beat exclusively for private purposes. The customer receives a file in MP3 format.

Usage Restrictions

Commercial Use: Commercial use of the beat is expressly excluded. The Customer may not use the beat for commercial projects, such as advertising, films, games, or other commercial purposes.

Streaming Platforms: The use of the beat on streaming platforms is not allowed. The customer is not allowed to publish the beat on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music, etc.

Social Media and Music Videos: The Customer may not use the beat for social media or for creating music videos.

Transfer of Rights

The Licensor retains all rights to the beat. The customer only acquires the right to private use in accordance with this agreement. All other rights, including copyrights, remain with the Licensor. Compensation

The customer pays the Licensor a one-time license fee according to the agreed conditions.

Disclaimer The Licensor assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of the beat. The customer uses the beat at their own risk.

Term and Termination

This license agreement takes effect from the date of purchase in the online shop and has an indefinite term. Early termination is therefore not provided.

Other provisions

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements. Changes or additions to this agreement require written form.

2. Creator License Agreement

This license agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded and comes into effect from the time of online purchase through the online shop between Cello del Marketing (“Licensor”) and the licensee (“Customer”).

Commercial Use: Commercial use of the beat is allowed. The Customer may use the beat for commercial projects, such as videos, podcasts, or advertising.

Streaming Platforms: The use of the beat on streaming platforms is allowed. The customer is allowed to use the beat on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

Music Videos: The Customer may not use the beat for the creation of music videos.
