General Terms and Conditions of Cello del Marketing UG
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definition of Terms
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our internet shop https://www.halalmusic.de .

(3) The presentation of goods in our internet shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our internet shop, the following rules apply:
The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our internet shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Activation of the “Checkout” button
5) Optional registration in the internet shop after registration and entering the login details (e-mail address and password), purchase as a guest is also possible.
6) Re-checking or correction of the respective entered data.
7) Binding sending of the order by clicking the “order with obligation to pay” or “buy” button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer’s details are recorded by pressing the “Back” button contained in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet shop: We send you the order data by e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at https://www.halalmusic.de/agb.
Your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. Since these are virtual products, no shipping costs apply. The files will be sent to you by email for download.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay by direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
(3) Licenses: There are 3 licenses available on the page. Private License, Creator License, Artist License. Upon request, a virtual product can also receive a so-called Independent License.
§4 Delivery
(1) All items we offer are immediately sent by email. The email will be sent within 1 working day at the latest. The delivery period in case of advance payment begins the day after the payment order to the bank instructed to transfer and for all other payment methods the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods is transferred to the buyer only when the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a mail order purchase.
§5 Reservation of Proprietary Rights
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
