License Agreement for Single License

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and becomes effective from the moment of online purchase through the online shop between Cello del Marketing ("Licensor") and the Licensee ("Customer").

Scope of License

The Licensor grants to the Customer a non-exclusive license to use the beat solely for personal purposes. The Customer will receive a file in MP3 format.

Usage Restrictions

Commercial Use: Commercial use of the beat is expressly prohibited. The Customer may not use the beat for commercial projects such as advertising, films, games, or other commercial purposes.

Streaming Platforms: The use of the beat on streaming platforms is not allowed. The Customer may not publish the beat on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Music, etc.

Social Media and Music Videos: The Customer may not use the beat for social media or the creation of music videos.

Rights Transfer

The Licensor retains all rights to the beat. The Customer only acquires the right for private use as per this Agreement. All other rights, including copyrights, remain with the Licensor.

Compensation

The Customer shall pay the Licensor a one-time license fee as per the agreed conditions.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Licensor assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of the beat. The Customer uses the beat at their own risk.

Term and Termination

This License Agreement shall become effective from the date of purchase in the online shop and shall have an indefinite term. Early termination is therefore not provided for.

Other Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. Any modifications or  supplements to this Agreement must be in writing.

The Licensor grants to the Customer a non-exclusive license to use the beat for content creators and moviemakers. The Customer will receive a file in MP3 and Wave formats.
